Please note that we do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and delivered.
However, exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects 

If you experience such an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and provide:

• A clear photo or video showing the defect

• Your order number

We will gladly arrange an exchange for the same or equivalent product once the issue is verified.
